VAT / Customs information

Prices displayed on the site are without tax. If you are a customer outside of the EU, no tax will be applied at checkout. You may, however, have to pay customs upon the product’s arrival in your country. If you want to know how much you may be charged by customs, please look up your country’s import regulations. This shop is not involved in your country’s customs management, and has no control over any part of that process, nor how much you are charged.

If you are an EU customer, your tax will be calculated at checkout. The VAT is 6% on books/comics and 25% on all other products currently sold in the shop.
Since you pay VAT directly in the checkout, you should not have to pay customs.

Shipping information

Orders are shipped as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, your order will be handed over to the carrier within 1-3 business days.*
Once handed over to the carrier, shipping varies depending on location.
These are the average shipping times according to the shipping company this shop uses:
Sweden: 1-2 business days
Europe: 3-5 business days
UK: 3-4 business days
Non EU countries (besides the UK): 5-11 business days

The shipping company will send the package information to you through your given email and/or phone number.

*Swedish calendar applies.

Returns

This shop does not have the resources to handle returns, however if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to lordvincentofficial@hotmail.com with your order information and pictures of the damaged product.
